For Him

I often think about forein countries recently. To be more precise, I was able to have a sense of self-composure as I think it. I hardly go travering abroad. Besides, I hardly write/read English. Brefore I got this job 3 years and a half ago.

During work,I often hold a conference call with people who lives in other countries.

Then, I think the time difference that they live in any where, and I adjust and propose a schedule to the call member.

Forexample,If Japan and San Francisco, "How about  Japan time 9 a.m. , Your time(PDT) 5 p.m.?" (If I add London, Singapore, and Sydney on there, that make more complicated matters.)

When I call at the call start time, everyone says "Hello" and "Hi".I was surprised. Nobody said  "Good morning" or "Good evening".I think they concerned each other's time difference.

I felt English is very convenient and rational language when I started to this job.Actually, I was afraid of people who speaks English. Because, I can't understand English well, and I never heard the native speak English.

However,I got used to the situation. Besides, I tend to think about trivial things. If you are in San Francisco, I think the time difference between Tokyo and San Francisco is 16 hours. In other words, San Francisco is in the past. As such, I become sentimental sometime.

I feel the voice on the conference call is romantic that call from past and beyond the sea. And it is precious experience. Participants of the call can only go and return time and space. Don't you think so?

I hardly go abroad, but, I become interested in different cultures and countries.Through that, I got new values.
